Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 working days via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be sent via mobile banking.
Note: Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, recorded classes, codes, or downloadable materials) are non-refundable.
3. Cashback Policy: Cashback applies only when clearly mentioned on a product or promotional campaign.
Cashback is credited to the KISOB Wallet or customer’s mobile banking within 24–72 hours after successful delivery.
Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash, used to demand a refund, or transferred to another account unless specified.
Cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders will not receive cashback.
Shipping & Delivery Policy: KISOB.COM strives to deliver products quickly and safely across Bangladesh.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery: 2–5 working days (location-based) Remote areas: 5–7 working days
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may vary depending on location and courier partner.Free delivery may apply during special campaigns.
Order Verification: KISOB.COM may verify customer details before dispatching the order.
Delivery Attempts: If a customer cannot receive the product after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled
Return & Replacement Policy: Customers may request a replacement under the following conditions:
Received wrong book or product
Received damaged or printing-fault product
Received an incomplete package
Return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Once approved, customers may choose:
Replacement of the product
Refund (if replacement is not available)
Products must be returned in unused and original condition.
Digital products are not eligible for return or replacement.
